This is me.

A beautiful moment, with sunbeams warming my skin and an ocean breeze cooling me off when I got too hot.

But I’d be lying if I said this was my normal.

You should know I struggle deeply, and when the days are dark they can feel truly heavy.

You should know that, for me, some mornings take effort, a lot of effort.

You should know that I’m positive, enthusiastic, and a 7 enneagram, but I still get swept away in heavy feelings.

You should know that the pandemic has hit me hard.

You should know that these past few months have been some of the most challenging even given copious amounts of light and love in my world.
