Glimmers.
.
“A glimmer is the exact opposite of a trigger- it is some kind of cue, either internal or external, that brings one back to a sense of joy or safety.”
.
A few times a year, I post the glimmers in life lately that bring me joy. It's meant for me to get present, reflect on the smaller moments in life, and center myself in some of that joy, safety, and gratitude.

.

The glimmers I have from late winter/ early spring so far:

.

1. Mailbox Peak hike with Brooklyn - figuring out we had the same back surgery and very similar energies. (More photos to be shared soon!)

2. The Artist Way and Class with Giddy by Nature (I now love Tuesday nights).

3. The shoot I did last October launched (check out the 2025 Toyota 4Runner website!!).

4. After almost 10 years, I finally pulled the trigger on getting myself a KitchenAid Mixer (I named her Lorraine Jr, LJ, after the original mixer I fell in love with and lost in a breakup lol).

5.  Dancing again in classes, thanks to invitations from Liz A. - it's been LIFE GIVING.

6. Scout asleep like she was out all night partying.

7. French fries and salads from my favorite SF spot (trying to recreate a photo from 2018).

8. Catching the moon at the exact right moment.

9. Skiing more days and more challenging features!

10. Guard dogs on duty.

11. Experiencing and falling in love with Montana.

12. Spring flowers!

13. Dogs on hikes (bonus points for his Garmin Inreach).

14. Sunshine touring laps on the mountain!

15. Running home (.75 mile) with three loaves of bread (usually I only run home with 2)!
