Ever since I was a teenager I've loved "Into the Wild".

Lately, I feel like Christopher McCandles [alexander supertramp] screaming...
.
"Society, man! You know, society! Cause, you know what I don't understand? I don't understand why people, why every fucking person is so bad to each other so fucking often".
.
But, my screams are falling silent, as if yelling endlessly into a void, an echo chamber, a vacuum.
.
But every part of me is aching with the pain of these words...
.
Why is it so common to find people treating other humans like a sub-class? Why do we politicize lives? Why do mean comments trickle in behind screens on the internet and acknowledge them as normal?
.
Why...?
.
We have to stop.
.
We have to stop hating.
.
We as individuals, as a society, and as a world need to change.
.
Please.
.
We have to find love for ourselves, for our neighbors, for the world.
.
We need to start sharing our love. Sharing it without stipulations, expectations, or hidden agendas.
.
We need to go to the hard places in our hearts and heal from our traumas, our pains, and disappointments.
.
We need to make "society" a term that invokes passion, not one that invokes pain.
